In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context otherwise requires:

• "bg888", "we", "us", or "our" refers to the operator of the bg888 platform available at bg888.biz, operating under an international gaming licence framework.
• "Platform" means the bg888 website, mobile web interface, and all associated services including sports betting, casino, slots, and fishing games.
• "User", "you", or "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses any part of the bg888 Platform.
• "Account" means the registered user account created by a User on the bg888 Platform.
• "Services" means all gaming, betting, casino, and related entertainment services made available by bg888 through the Platform.
• "PKR" means Pakistani Rupee, the functional currency supported by bg888 for Pakistani users.
• "Bet" means any wager placed by a User on the Platform in connection with a sports event, casino game, or other gaming product offered by bg888.

2.1 Age Requirement. Access to and use of the bg888 Platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are 18 years of age or older. bg888 does not knowingly permit access to or use of its Services by any person under the age of 18. By creating an Account or accessing any bg888 Service, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old.

2.2 Jurisdictional Restriction. bg888 is not available in jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether accessing the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction before registering or placing any bets. bg888 makes no representation that its Services are appropriate or available for use in any specific location.

2.3 Single Account. Each User is permitted to hold only one Account on the bg888 Platform. The creation of duplicate or multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the permanent suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of balances held therein.

2.4 Identity Verification. bg888 reserves the right to request identity verification documents from any User at any time, including but not limited to a copy of a valid national identity card (CNIC), passport, or other government-issued identification. Failure to provide satisfactory verification may result in suspension of Services or withholding of withdrawals.

3.1 Registration Information. When registering an Account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, valid mobile number, and any other information requested by bg888. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of this information and must promptly update it if any changes occur.

3.2 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. bg888 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.

3.3 Notification of Unauthorised Access. You must notify bg888 immediately by contacting [email protected] if you become aware of or suspect any unauthorised use of your Account or any security breach relating to your Account.

3.4 Account Suspension. bg888 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Account where it reasonably suspects breach of these Terms & Conditions, fraudulent activity, or any conduct that bg888 considers harmful to the integrity of the Platform or other users.

4.1 Supported Methods. bg888 supports deposits and withdrawals in PKR via JazzCash, Easypaisa, major Pakistani banks including HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and Bank Alfalah, Visa and Mastercard, and USDT TRC20. The availability of specific payment methods may change from time to time at bg888's discretion.

4.2 Minimum Transactions. Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are published within your Account's payment section and are subject to change. Current minimum deposit is displayed at the time of transaction.

4.3 Withdrawal Verification. All withdrawals are subject to identity verification and compliance checks prior to processing. bg888 reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal pending completion of satisfactory KYC procedures. Withdrawals will only be processed to payment methods previously used for deposit or to methods in the User's verified name.

4.4 No Third-Party Payments. Users must not use payment methods belonging to third parties. All funds deposited to a bg888 Account must originate from a payment source owned and controlled by the registered Account holder. Violation of this provision may result in Account suspension and forfeiture of funds.

4.5 Currency. The Account balance is maintained in PKR. bg888 is not responsible for currency conversion losses incurred through the payment processing networks of third-party providers.

5.1 General Betting Rules. All bets placed on the bg888 Platform are subject to these Terms & Conditions and any applicable product-specific rules published within the relevant section of the Platform. In the event of conflict between product-specific rules and these Terms & Conditions, the product-specific rules shall prevail with respect to that product.

5.2 Acceptance of Bets. A bet is not accepted until confirmed by bg888 systems and a confirmation reference is displayed to the User. bg888 reserves the right to decline or void any bet placed in error, at incorrect odds, or in circumstances where technical failures have affected bet processing.

5.3 Odds and Markets. Odds offered by bg888 are subject to change up until the point of bet acceptance. bg888 reserves the right to suspend, remove, or restrict markets at any time, including during live events. bg888 does not guarantee the continued availability of any specific betting market.

5.4 Maximum Payouts. Maximum payout limits apply to all betting products at bg888. Current maximum payout limits are displayed within the relevant product section. bg888 is not liable to pay any winnings in excess of the applicable maximum payout limit.

5.5 Void Bets. bg888 reserves the right to void bets in circumstances including but not limited to: event cancellation, abandonment, or postponement; obvious pricing errors; evidence of match manipulation; or technical failures affecting market integrity. Voided bets will be refunded at the stake amount.

5.6 Cricket and PSL Betting. Cricket betting markets, including PSL fixtures, are governed by standard cricket betting rules as published in the sports section of the bg888 Platform. In-play bets on cricket matches, including ball-by-ball markets, are subject to additional delay acceptance rules applicable at the time of placement.

6.1 Eligibility. Promotional offers, bonuses, and free bets made available by bg888 are subject to specific terms and conditions published alongside each individual promotion. General eligibility requirements include holding a verified Account in good standing and, where applicable, meeting minimum deposit thresholds.

6.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they or associated winnings may be withdrawn. Specific wagering multiples, eligible games or markets, and time limits are set out in the individual promotion terms.

6.3 Abuse of Promotions. bg888 reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or claw back any bonus or promotion benefit where it determines that a User has abused the promotional system, including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated betting strategies designed to exploit bonus terms, or any other conduct inconsistent with good-faith participation in promotions.

6.4 Modification and Withdrawal. bg888 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.

Users of the bg888 Platform are strictly prohibited from engaging in any of the following:

• Using the Platform if under the age of 18 or if online gaming is prohibited in your jurisdiction;
• Opening or operating more than one Account, whether under the same or different identities;
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or at any subsequent point;
• Engaging in or facilitating match-fixing, collusion, or any form of manipulation of sports events or casino outcomes;
• Using automated tools, bots, scripts, or software to interact with the Platform in an automated manner;
• Exploiting technical errors, software vulnerabilities, or pricing errors in the Platform to obtain unfair advantage;
• Using the Platform in connection with any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other illegal financial activity;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing other users or bg888 staff through any communication channel;
• Attempting to circumvent geographic restrictions, account suspension measures, or security controls implemented by bg888.

bg888 reserves the right to take appropriate action in response to prohibited conduct, including immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant law enforcement authorities where required.

8.1 Entertainment Purpose. The Services offered by bg888 are intended for entertainment purposes only. bg888 does not condone or encourage gambling as a means of generating income, resolving financial difficulties, or as a substitute for employment income. Users are encouraged to set and adhere to personal limits on time and money spent on the Platform.

8.2 Self-Exclusion and Limits. bg888 provides responsible gaming tools accessible through Account settings, including deposit limits (daily, weekly, and monthly), session time reminders, reality check notifications, and temporary or permanent self-exclusion. Users who believe their gaming activity may be causing harm are strongly encouraged to utilise these tools or contact bg888 support for assistance.

8.3 Underage Gaming Prevention. bg888 employs age verification procedures at registration and reserves the right to conduct further verification at any time. Any Account found to be operated by a person under the age of 18 will be immediately closed and all deposits returned after deduction of any winnings obtained.

9.1 Ownership. All content on the bg888 Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, software, data compilations, and game content, is the property of bg888 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms & Conditions grants any User any right, licence, or interest in any bg888 intellectual property.

9.2 Restricted Use. Users may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, display, modify, or create derivative works from any content on the bg888 Platform without the prior written consent of bg888. Unauthorised use of bg888 intellectual property may give rise to a claim for damages and/or constitute a criminal offence.

10.1 No Warranty. The bg888 Platform and all Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranty of any kind, express or implied. bg888 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.

10.2 Exclusion of Consequential Loss. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bg888 excludes all liability for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses or damages arising out of or in connection with the use of the Platform, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, whether or not bg888 has been advised of the possibility of such losses.

10.3 Maximum Liability. Where liability cannot be excluded by law, bg888's total aggregate liability to a User in connection with these Terms & Conditions or the use of the Platform shall not exceed the net deposits made by that User in the twelve-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10.4 Force Majeure. bg888 shall not be liable for any failure or delay in the performance of its obligations arising from causes beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, power failures, internet disruptions, government actions, or any other event of force majeure.

11.1 Termination by User. A User may request closure of their bg888 Account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Account closure will be processed after any pending bet settlements are completed and any applicable withdrawal holds are cleared.

11.2 Termination by bg888. bg888 may suspend or terminate a User's Account with or without notice in the event of: breach of these Terms & Conditions; fraudulent, illegal, or abusive conduct; verification failure; or any other circumstance that bg888 determines warrants Account closure in its sole discretion.

11.3 Effect of Termination. Upon termination of an Account, any genuine funds remaining in the Account balance (net of any amounts subject to pending investigations, bonus clawbacks, or legal hold) will be returned to the User via the original deposit method, subject to satisfactory completion of identity verification.

12.1 Governing Law. These Terms & Conditions and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which bg888's operating entity is incorporated, as disclosed in bg888's licence documentation.

12.2 Dispute Resolution. In the event of any dispute between a User and bg888 relating to the Services, the User should in the first instance contact bg888 customer support at [email protected] with full details of the complaint. bg888 will use reasonable endeavours to resolve disputes within 14 calendar days of receiving a formal complaint.

12.3 Language. These Terms & Conditions are provided in English, which shall be the governing language for the purposes of interpretation and any dispute resolution proceedings.
